Pilates for life
This class integrates the strength training of Pilates with the flexibility training of Yoga to support better balance of the body-mind. Attention will be given to providing a well-rounded work-out that gives equal time to stretching muscle groups we recruit, supporting greater strength, mobility, healthy joints, graceful presence and injury prevention. Ideal for individuals who want to add to their enjoyment and repertoire of what is possible through both disciplines!
