Gift certificates are available for all packages.
We must have 24 hours notice of any cancellation. Please understand we cannot reschedule appointments at that point, and can not waive fees unless there is a pressing reason. In non-emergency or last minute cancellations, the regular fee will be applied. Lotus Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes/appointments due to teacher illness or emergency. We will do our best to notify you immediately in such cases, and will reschedule you at your convenience.
