CLASSES & PRICING

Group Equipment Classes

Edited Image 2016-02-08 19-18-09

Classes are offered on all the Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, and Chair. Based on Joseph Pilates’ original designs, these machines provide support and resistance to help you move with strength, control, and precision.

The equipment allows for non-impact resistance training and stretching, making it ideal for improving alignment, building core stability, and enhancing overall flexibility. Classes are best suited for clients with prior equipment experience. New students may either complete Pilates Private Session - Introduction (3 Sessions)  or attend an Equipment Fundamentals Class to become familiar with the apparatus and prepare for group classes.

GYROTONIC® Classes

Experience the fluid, three-dimensional movements of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® using the specialized Pulley Tower. This unique equipment supports the body while creating resistance and guidance through smooth, circular motion. Movements combine strength, flexibility, and spinal mobility, while reducing tension and improving coordination.

With a maximum of five participants per class, you’ll receive personalized attention in a small group setting. Classes are open only to clients with prior GYROTONIC® training. For those new to the method, private sessions with certified instructors are available to introduce you to the equipment and prepare you for group classes.

Virtual Classes

Mat/Bench Classes

Mat work is the foundation of the Pilates method, developed by Joseph Pilates as a young man. These floor-based exercises build strength, flexibility, and body awareness while emphasizing the core principles that support spinal and joint health.

Props such as balls, bands, weights, and focused breathwork are often incorporated to enhance the practice. With exercises that can be practiced anywhere—at home, in class, or while traveling—Mat Pilates offers an accessible and complete workout for all levels.

You can choose to do Mat classes in the studio or on Zoom. The pricing is the same for both.

Virtual Classes

Private & Semi-Private Sessions
(In Studio and ZOOM)

Private and semi-private sessions are a great way to experience Pilates or GYROTONIC® with individualized attention. Working one-on-one or in a small group allows the instructor to tailor each workout to your specific needs, goals, and ability level—whether you’re new to the equipment, returning from an injury, or looking to deepen your practice.

Private sessions are available both in-studio and on Zoom. On Zoom, you may choose a mat-based session, or, if you have access to Pilates or Gyrotonic equipment at home, an equipment-focused private. Pricing is the same for in-studio and Zoom sessions.

Since scheduling is personalized, please Contact the Studio to email, text, or call us. When reaching out, it helps to include a little about yourself and what you’re looking for so we can best match you with an instructor and find the right time for your sessions.
