Lotus Pilates offers a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Certification Program. This training is based on the original methods of Joseph H. Pilates using equipment manufactured by Balanced Body and Peak Pilates. We believe in a holistic approach to the Pilates' repertoire where instructors learn the entire repertoire on all the apparatus and including all the levels of exercises and are not independently certified for each apparatus (i.e. matwork) or level. This approach reflects the intentions of Joseph Pilates in the manner in which his work was most effective and in which teaching can be most beneficial.

 

The Lotus Pilates training program is a 600-hour comprehensive course covering the matwork and the apparatus in preparation for teaching. Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate demonstrating comprehensive certification in the Joseph Pilates method of physical conditioning from Lotus Pilates Center L.L.C.
